Moving to Bahamas with 2 young kids

My husband's job is relocating him to the Bahamas for a couple of years. I'm a little nervous about such a BIG move because we have a young 4 year old daughter, and a newborn baby. We will be looking to live in either Naussau or on Paradise Island so that my husband can be close to work. Here are a few of my concers after doing some research online. I'm hoping that what I found was mainly from tourists, and people who live in the Bahamas have better soloutions:

The price of diapers seem to be almost $20 for a small pack. Is that true?

Milk $8, a box of Kellogs Cereal $7, a bottle of wine $20??? There must be local grocery stores that have better prices. What is the average cost for groceries weekly for a family of 4 (baby diapers, formula)

What would be considered a good salary for a family of 4 (3+baby) to live on in the Bahamas?

School for my 4 year old daugther. She doesn't start Kindergarden for another year, but has been in pre-school for over 2 years now and I want to keep her in something. How are the schools and what are the prices like?

Dry Cleaning - is it true it costs almost $17 for a suit for example? I do not iron and my husband would have to get his clothes laundered a lot.

Are there several puplic parks and places for me to take my daughter for fun besides the big hotels?

Driving - how much to lease a car? Or buy a used car? And what is the cost of gas?

Utilities - What is the average cost of household utilities for a family of 4?

My husband will be workign a lot. Will I be safe home alone and out and about my with my 2 young children?

How should I bring in our move in terms of furniture and baby items (crib, high chair, linens, etc). I don't want to get hit hard at customs. I know we will most likely be renting a furnished home, but I more concerned about all my daughter's toys and baby items. I want to bring all her toys, small table, books so that she doesn't have a hard time adjusting. And I want to know what I should bring in terms of baby stuff so that I don't have a hard time adjusting.

Last but def not least, what advice can people give me so that I don't suffer complete culture shock? I'm truly nervous.

THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH IN ADVANCE! I KNOW I AM ASKING A LOT AND I TRULY APPRECIATE ANY HELP AND ADVICE YOU ALL CAN OFFER.
