Caretaker/Innkeeper/Housesitter needed?

Hi! I am housesitting in Austin, TX until October and would love to find a caretaker position somewhere in the Bahamas. Fantastic references (which is how I got this job!) I have over 10 years work experience in property management, landscaping and pet sitting. Do most people use property management companies for this type of service? I would even be interested in some kind of a reduced rent/work exchange situation. Also interested in any marine volunteer programs.
