Cost of Living in Lyford Cay

Hello, i need ur inputs pls.

My Partner has been offered a job at Lyford Cay. Can someone please let me know how is the cost of living there, what is the usual rent for a safe house to live, the cost of a car. I have read a lot about how expensive and unsafe it is, makes me having a second thought. Would it be easier for me to come and live with him though we are not married? Thank you so much.
