How to find reliable car at reasonable price

Have been on island several months in Cable Beach area & am trying to find a reliable, dependable used car at a reasonable price.
I've been looking on AutoMall & Tribune242. Also look at cars sitting in SuperValue parking lot.
Any other suggestions on how to find one?
