I am a very active senior single woman who is super interested in a purchasing realestate on one of the Bahama Islands- have done some research and have ruled out Nassau - want something more rural yet with amenities and an expat community--what are some of the favorite islands-I have been looking at Eleuthera - would that fit with my wish list? Safety is also a concern as I will be on my own there. Would like what I purchase to be used as a vacation rental also. Thanks for any help you can provide.
