worth buying real estate on Grand Bahama?

We're looking at buying a Condo in Harbour House.. It's a few minutes from Port Lucaya and Lucaya Beach... So the spot is nice.. and the view is great from the 7'th floor overlooking Bell Channel and Port Lucaya and the Ocean beyond....

We would only be buying it as an investment property... and probably just getting a long term renter in there for now...

We're guessing property values are going to go up soon a lot after the Royal Caribbean cruise line deal... supposedly an extra 2 million visitors will be brought in yearly by Royal Caribbean after revamping the Port and Lucaya Hotel area....

Anyone know the complex and area ??? Any THOUGHTS? =D
