Hi everyone
We have been offered a move from Europe to Bahamas with hubby's company and we just signed the contract. Hubby will be moving over before us (me and 4.5 yr old daughter). We will be joining him in January. The company is setting him up with accommodation for 6 weeks, so that he can work and take the time to look for accommodation for us. We have researched and would preferably like to live in a gated-community. And we've looked at Sandyport as well as Cable Beach. Can anyone here give us recommendations for realtors? Is it also the norm to put down three months rent in advance? What is included in the rental per month? (I ask that last question, because we currently have water and servicing (trash, gardening, etc.) included in our rental agreement and only pay gas and electricity through a separate company)

Also, recommendations on internet please.
