Studying in Nassau

I'm moving to Bahamas with my husband at the beginning of 2020. He'll be working and I'm quite anxious about my daily life there. We don't have kids and I'm expecting a lot of free time since I won't be able to work there. Do expat wives study or take ramdon courses in Nassau? Has anybody here attended the University of Bahamas, or would recommend it?
