Buying a tiny condo

My wife and I are buying a tiny condo in Freeport. We have found an agent online and of course because of covid have not been to see this house in person. Is there any way to verify that I am buying what I think I am buying. Is there any way to confirm that this is not a scam? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
