Sandyport Housing & Utilities - Budget Advice

My husband and I (along with our infant son) are planning to relocate from London, UK to the Sandyport area in November 2021 for a year.

To help with our budget, would anyone currently living in that area be able to advise on the approximate monthly costs of the following, if applicable?

- Rent (and deposit) ~2 bed/2 bath apartment in Sandyport (any recommendations for realtors/landlords also greatly appreciated!)

- Utilities: Gas, Electricity, Water

- Back-up Generator (if needed?)

- WiFi

- Landline telephone

- Waste Removal

- Additional Fees or Memberships (pool / mailbox etc)

- Car (2nd hand) / Fuel

- Nursery fees
