Ocean Club Estates

Hi there we are looking at becoming permanent residents of Bahamas and are looking at Albany, Old Fort Bay and Ocean Club Estates. Ocean Club seems like a much better value. My only concern is how private is the estate and are there any other issues given the price drop compared to Albany and Old Fort Bay?
