Giving birth in Brussels

Hi there!

My family and I (two kids ages 4 and 2 and my husband) may be moving to Brussels at the end of this year. We plan on having more children while we live there and I am wondering if women usually give birth at home, hospitals, or birthing centers? What about water births? Any information will be helpful as my google searches have lended nothing.
