Tricare Overseas

I've been wanting to move to Ambergris and have researched many things but forgot to ask any of you if you've had any issues using Tricare for your health insurance. I'm a retired US Army MSG (divorced) and just got off the phone with Triwest who told me to call Tricare Overseas.

Would like to know the ins and outs, like do you pay up front for services etc?

How do you get reimbursed? How do your prescriptions work, you pay full amount and file for reimbursement? As I'm forever on blood thinners and have to take this crap everyday.

My meds are dirt cheap right now and Triwest has a limit on how much meds I can get from the pharmacy at one time, here in the states anyway.
