Moving to Belize with kiddos

Aloha! We will be moving this year I have 2 children coming with me, we lived in Maui for years had to comeback to the mainland for family and now it's time to move back to da laid back lifestyle! Miss the beach and water!

Belize seems to be what we're looking for. How is it finding work and kids accusation get to schools? My kids loved the island and the different culture.
Any advice and costs of work permits etc would be appreciated!
