BMA Real Estate in Placencia

I’m looking to purchase land on Placencia peninsula that is listed by BMA Real Estate. I’ve recently run across some reviews about Boris Mannsfeld and shady business practices. They seem to be quite a big firm though, with many listings in the area. I’d appreciate any insights anyone can share on interactions they’ve had with BMA, good and bad.
