Medications

I have been prescribed Xarelto but am concerned that I will not be able to get that medication there. J&J has approved me for a discounted price that will be mailed to my home in the U.S. Would someone be able to mail the medications to me in Belize, or alternatively, will the U.S. Consulate aide in me getting my medication? If I can purchase it there, where and what is the cost?
