Finding employment in Bermuda for my spouse

We seem to be battling to get our 6 year old son who has Attention Deficeit Disorder. All the school seems to be competeing with one another on who has the best instead of focusing on what they are supposed to be doing and that is education. Our sone was in Primary (Kindergarten) in December 2010 – teaching medium Afrikaans Outcome based education. He does understand English and we have started with counting, naming of objects, questions etc. in English but he will obviously need some extra classes. Before the schools have seenn him or tested him they are already reluctant. it is not as if the child is a hooligan. he is just more busy that others.
