moving to santa catalina

Hello again

I have previously put a post up about moving to Brazil and from the replies I have had from that my partner and myself have to rethink things a little.

My partners Brazilian, we both live in the UK and we plan to get married soon. After were married we've decided that we want to move to Brazil. My partner was hoping that we could move to Sao Carlos SP where her family are but realise that as my Portuguese is very poor, and my chances of getting employment are very low as no one there really speaks english.

My partner has recently mentioned about moving to Santa Catarina instead of Sao Carlos because it's somewhere she has thought about living before and I'd find it easier to find work as more people speak English there.

Is this true?

Have I got more of a chance in finding employment in Santa Catarina?

And if I have whats the best way to go about finding a job?
