Portuguese and Kite-Surf Courses in Floripa

Hello All:

I am moving to Floripa in September and I am planning to take some intermediate Portuguese and Kite-Surf Courses when I get there. Does anyone have any good leads for reasonably priced, quality courses for either one? Also, I am assuming that by traveling outside the country after 3 months the 180-day tourist visa in Brasil is reactivated another 3 months, right? I believe this process can be repeated for the duration of the official visa (5 years)....??
