Divorce in US, married in Brasil

Hello,
I am in need of some advice here, Im divorced from a my wife (Brazilian) here in the US, but still married in Brazil.
Since I leave in the US, but would like to regularize the situation in Brazil, I would like to know if A) Can I do everything from the embassy in Miami?
B) What is required as documents and translation (if needed) to fix the whole situation.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
