OK, my understanding of the process of obtaining the investor's visa is this.
1. CPF
2. Bank account
3. CNPJ
4. Transfer money into account
5. Apply for the visa
Is this correct? does anyone know of an official Brasil govt website where this info is given? Has anyone on this forum actually done this? . It seems many people claim a foreigner cannot open a bak account in Brazil without already having a residence visa, this seems to be quite a contradiction of the process for the visa. Please, I have read hundreds if not thousands of pages of conjecture on the subject, I am looking for official information, and/or actual real-life experience. I'm not looking for advice, only for facts
Thanks for any help
