Hi everyone, I have been reading many topics here but none unique to my situation.
I have a Brazilian girlfriend who I have been seeing now for over a year. Things are very serious between us both and I am visiting Brazil in January for 2 weeks to stay with her.
I am a Brit living in the UK, I am a Director of a family business and I will be able to carry on working as long as I have access to my laptop and a telephone.
I am wishing to move to Brazil permanently. What would be the best way of doing this?
I understand that I can visit for up to 60 or 90 days and on the day when my visitor visa expires I can go into a Police Federation centre and pay to have this overlooked? Which I have to say, sounds a little ominous. I would be open to the option of marriage to secure myself a visa to be able to stay with her, but again, I've no idea how to do this.
Another question would relate to my income. I am paid monthly dividends through my UK bank account, can I simply withdraw this money whilst in Brazil?
Any help will be most grateful!
Thank you in advance.
