looking for work before moving to Brazil

Hello everyone!
I am lookinh to move to Rio in May as my brazilian boyfriend will be doing his masters there. I would love to secure a job before going down or have some solid leads to potential work. I lived in Goiania for 6 months 2 years ago and picked up the language and now I speak it pretty well, well enough to get by on my own or with little help. I have an Associates degree in horticulture designing flower beds and containers and doing enhancement work for residential and commercial properties. I have been designing and managing crews for atleast 12 years in the landscape field so I do have vast experience but not afraid to start as a laborer if need be. I have many skills and would be open to any type of work from retail, sales, administrative, teaching english or even hospitality. I would love to have a career but I understand it may take time to aquire a position that I am used to in the US.
If anyone would have any suggestions of where to find work or just where to send my resume or who to speak with about any kind of job I would appreciate it. I am a hard worker, positive influence and ethically sound person that is looking to make the transition to Rio as easily as possible. Thank you for your help everyone!!
