hi,
my family and i are thinking of moving to bulgaria, to buy a 5 or 6 bedroom property and turn it into a guest or lodging house has any body done this sort of thing and was it sucessful... and can someone please explain why the property is so cheap..and id there any hidden pitfalls with buying property..
