Looking to purchase in Bulgaria

Hi, Myself and Husband are looking to invest in a property, having done a bit of research we have decided on Bulgaria, We plan to tak e trip out in a few weeks to have a look around and check out the different areas, having not been to Bulgaira before it will be very new to us, so I would be really gratefull for any advice on areas (close to the beaches) and any advice on the buying process.
