Stray Dogs & Cats

I moved to Bulgaria in Sept 07 and have been shocked and dismayed at the amount of starving, neglected, and mistreated dogs and cats there are here. I have made it my goal to feed and care for as many of them as I can, but I am badly in need of some help.
