holiday let in Bulgaria

Hi

I am a newbie here so Hello to anyone who sees my posting. I have been thinking of buying a house with a bit of land on the black sea coast. I have been told that holiday lets are none existant for this kind of property in Bulgaria.I was wondering if anyone else found that this was the case.

Any info on property buying for holiday let would be very much grateful.
