Moving to Varna - intial questions

Hi all

I'm new to this forum so first of all would like to introduce myself! I'm a 33 year old British woman who's moving to Varna with my partner initially on a 4 month basis. I'm a graphic designer so will be working online and doing some training.

We're looking at renting an apartment on a month to month basis - does €300 pcm sound reasonable in Varna city centre?

Also, how easy/difficult is it to get wifi installed? It's essential for my work so this is my main worry as I'm not sure if you need a residence permit, etc.
