Hello everyone, I'm intending to view an old derelict property without any services, is this normally a costly, long and bureaucratic nightmare to get phone,power and water?
I don't know if there is a well or how far the nearest connection is.
I'm a single man with carpentry skills and plenty of building experience to boot, I'm not afraid of a shovel and intend to start a self sustainable lifestyle on a very tight budget
As much as I would love to go completely off the grid with solar power, it is cost prohibitive at the moment.
I'm looking forward to a week of viewings starting Saturday29th January (hotel in Ruse) and intend to be driving a camper van & trailer over in March 2016 to start a new life of fruit vegetables & comedy translations
Be nice to bump into anyone in Ruse, Silistra, Veliko Tarnovo or Shumen :)
