help and advise please

Hi guys n Gals out there in Bulgaria land we have been looking for a few years now for properties in Bulgaria and we have seen lots of properties advertised and lots of pictures and we have decided we need to get out there and look for ourselves. We don't mind a few cosmetic repairs but nothing to major, so we are looking for 3+ bedrooms with good size land and anything from Plovdiv (cheap Ryanair flights from UK) to Veliko Tarnovo. We have booked flights from 5th to 10 of October so any help or advise would be very much appreciated please. We are thinking maybe holiday retreat but we are also thinking of living there permanately as we are coming up to retirement age! Regards
