Importing car to BG from Japan

Hello,

I'm trying to figure out my costs for importing a car from Japan to Varna, BG.

My dealer informed me I need to pay:
- 30% import tax and
- 20% VAT.

But my calculations shows that the Import Tax is 10%, not 30%.
