1. Can an US Citizen buy an Apartment/Condo there?

2. What are the general rules to live there longterm?

3. Are there any American ExPat communities there or just like where is the area you are more than likely to find fellow Americans?

4. Are we treated fairly there or shunned upon?

5. Any obvious restrictions?
