Sale of Property Estate Agent and Solicitors

I have an apartment near Varna that I have just agreed a sale for. I am using the estate agent - Five Star Real Estate who seem to be great so far. They saw they have an in house solicitors that will deal with the legal side to the sale that is included in the commission price. Has anybody had dealing with this company or know anything about them.
So far all is good but i'm just very sceptical.
