plumbers/builders in Chirpan

I posted last year regarding a house demolition near Asenovgrad. Thanks to all who responded - a family bereavement kept me in the UK for some months.

I bought a renovated house near Chirpan 5 years ago which at the moment is used only for storage. I now want to get it fit for habitation. After sitting unloved for so long the plumbing and electrics need fixing (most taps do not produce any flow of water, some sockets seem dead) and there are various cracks in plasterwork and floors. I also need a kitchen fitted in the near future. Does anyone know of a competent builder in the area? I did PM one respondent from my post regarding the demolition. Thanks to all for any suggestions.
