Buying a house

Hi guys this is my first post on forum but will be my second house in BG. I already have a renovation project house in Radovets but we have seen a great house that we are in love with in Razdel not too far away. Anyone have any info on this village we are looking for a really quiet life with simple requirements. Thanks for any details in advance. We are a Scottish couple with a good outlook on life.
