wanted property to rent whilst looking to buy in bg

hi all
we are after a property to rent on a month to month basis
until we find a property to buy
looking for a smallish shop/bar or similar & or living accomodation
there is my self & my wife both mid 50s
we are after something in the lower price range up to around £10,000
hoping to be driving over from 28th sept should be in bg 2-3 oct
happy to view anywhere in bg
