Hi
Does anyone know of a good, reasonably priced builder in the popovo area? I just got some quotes from my real estate agent and he either thinks I'm wet behind the ears or his builder drives a gold plated mercedes! £2k for fitting some kitchen units, £30 psm for painting, £2k for a simple roof repair, £150 to replace a broken pane of glass. the list goes on. I'm fully capable of doing all the repairs myself but due to work commitments I can't spend any long periods of time in the country until at least mid summer. If anyone can put me in touch with a good reliable guy who isn't gonna try to rob me it would be much apreciated.
Also if anyone can give me a rough idea on the typical costs of house repairs that would be great.
Btw I'm a steel fabricator by trade looking to move to BG before the end of the year for a slower pace of life but will be happy to fabricate the odd staircase, balcony, gates, railings, ETC at just a get by price, I can't sit completely idle it drives me insane lol
Thanks for any replies or tips in advance.
Ken
