seeking ex pats who have made the move

Not many comments it appears from people who have made the actual move.

Sounds like a good electrician, (my primary trade) along with well any trade to UK standards is hard to find in Bulgaria.

I am seriously considering buying a property in Bulgaria. Over 30 years of commercial property maintenance under my belt. Plus two ex council house purchases requiring .....rectifying the excrement workmanship ( back to brick ) modernisation.

My question is what area do most ex pats move to?. My aim is buy and end up with at the very least a holiday home for the family after a year holiday. ( I love what I do and a my partner would love to have a massive allotment (she thinks anyway that said, I have planned for machinery to help with the hard part of a big allotment).
