I signed a two year contract for mobile and a mobile internet modem with Nortel, (now called Yettel.) The modem stopped working so i returned it. They said just put the SIM in a mobile phone to get the same service. That worked but when I tried to pay my monthly account on the online Nortel payment website it rejected every debit and credit card Bulgarian and international banks. I asked at the shops and emailed to ask why and they never gave an answer.
When I m away I therefor could not pay the contract. They sold the debt to a collection agent who is threatening to sell my real-estate for the few hundred Lev bill. Any one have a better Telecon experience there?
