Getting job in Canada from outside Canada

Hi guys! I am from Latvia, currently living & working in UAE. I would just like to know what are the chances to get job in Canada being outside over here in UAE. The point is that while going through immigration process as Skilled worker one must have certain amount in one's bank account. We are 3 in the family and can't reach that amount at the moment. Can we actually get a job offer (one of us) and then go to Canada somehow... Sorry but I am not experienced in these issues. NEED Your HELP! Thanx. My e-mail: [email protected]
