Has anyone been in the situation of wanting to work in Canada, and being faced with the frustratingly contradictory situation of needing a work permit visa before applying for employment, and simultaneously requiring an offer of employment before being eligible to apply for the visa?
I have been looking into applying for the temporary work permit visa, but am faced with this brick wall otherwise known as insurmountable red tape. If anyone has had the same issue and has any advice it would be much appreciated.
