New mom moving to Canada

My husband has been offfered employment in Canada and we will be moving within the next 6 months, we are unsure of the exact location but we are hoping they offer us Alberta.
I am a mother of a 2 year old and i am currently 32 weeks pregnant so i will have a new baby with us.
I was wondering if anyone else made such a huge move away when their children was so young.I suppose i want to know how easy it is to blend into the community and are their plenty of moms and toddler groups etc.
I dont want to feel isolated i guess while my husbands out at work and i am worried i will really miss moms help!!
Any advice will be appreciated!
