Moving to Canada from UK

Hi Guys,

We are looking into moving to Ontario hopefully within the next 18 months. My partner is an Electrician and I would like to study Midwifery at one of the Universities in Ontario. We have 2 young children which will go into elimentary school. We can't decide between Sudbury of Hamilton . . any suggestions, reviews on those areas, that would be great.
