Help Moving to Canada

I'm a 28-year-old guy. Married to a Canadian citizen that has not lived in Canada for 27 years.

What would my best course of action be? Just get a regular visitors visa and then get a work permit once I get a job there? I have no job offers. I plan to move in 2-4 months, depending how slow or how fast everything goes.

There are SO many options, labour market opinions, job letters, etc.

I know Canada's situation right now it's not the best, but it is quite better than the situation in México, where I currently live.
