Good Evening/Morning all,
I am SERIOUSLY considering emigration to Canada and would like any advice/ tips on the process and what I can do to up my chances please.
I am a 30 year old married father of two young children (3 and 6 months) who works offshore for Schlumberger (huge international oil and gas company) and before that served 12 years in the Royal Air Force/Army as a Mechanical/Hydraulic Aircraft Engineering Technician. My better half is an auxiliary nurse (5 years experience but not the degree) and so I suppose what I am asking A) whether these jobs are in demand for ex pats in Canada and B) what the best way of going about looking for the right job necessary for securing a permanent citizenship (I realise it will take many years to get this).
Any advice is greatly appreciated.
