considering moving

my dad and his wife live in Ontario, they have been there over 10 years, over the years we have considered joining him.
it would mean moving my husband and children but due to this countries decline & other issues im now seriously considering it,
my children are twins of 13 and son of 20, I have spoken to them all and they would love to join grandparents.
I am currently a child minder and have a level 3 qualification in child care, also im a qualified optical technician although not done that since twins were born! my husband is a lorry driver, but my dad has said he could sort him an apprenticeship as a vehicle technician, our eldest son is currently at university in his 2nd year for degree in physical education so only has a year left,
what would be our best route of moving? my dad has said we can live with him initially until we are settled, we do have savings of about 20k, we live in rented house at the moment so wouldn't need to sell, the big thing for me is I had cancer 2 years ago, although im now cancer free I do have regular hospital appointments to check this, would this make any difference to our move?
any advice would be fantastic
thanks
tracy
