CAN I COME TO CANADA WITH VISITOR'S VISA AND FIND WORK AAND CHANGE MY VISITING VISA TO WORK VISA? (A NIGERIAN)

I am a Nigeria, with Master Degree in Business Admin from European University in Macau.
I have the skills, experience and resilient ability. I want to migrate to Canada. I think my easiest possibility of migrating to Canada is to raise money and try visitor's visa; on getting to Canada. I will look for job through 'Canada Services' and apply to conversion to Working visa.
Please what is the possibility of my thought? Is there any other better option of immigrsting to Canada for? is any Nigerian in the hiuse that have migrated to Canada, and how did he made.
Finally, I will appreciate any assistance from anyone on this issue please.
