having a baby in chile

to Luiza -- I have not had the experience of having a baby here, but friends that have given birth here say the care is excellent -- better than in the US. The public hospitals are not the greatest, but the private clinics are excellent, with many English speaking doctors. There is an excellent clinic in Renaca, and several excellent ones in Santiago -- I would not be afraid to have any kind of medical procedure in one of the private clinics
