Been living in Peru, Ecuador & Chile for awhile. I've met the best Law enforcement officers in Chile, but many of the most dishonest business folks. Just had a restaurant owner in Tongoy, Chile, by the docks demand over 4700 CP for a 890 CP dinner Third time this sort of thing has happened here in Chile. Probably should have refused to pay it & called the police.
