Coming in May '14 for week. Need guide for 2 days.

Hi there,
My wife and I are coming to Santiago in May for a week (too short but all we could take off). We have rented a hotel and a car. We are making plans to get out of the city for two of those days and would like to take a bilingual person along to translate and guide. Does anyone know of someone who would do that and also, what is appropriate compensation? Thanks,
